Papa Doug Manchester purchased the property on 9350 Waxie Way, San Diego in 2003 from Mesa View Plaza LLC. The building provides a 119,000 sq. ft. Class-A rentable space and is home to such companies as Residential Funding Corp. and Hoyle Cohen Wealth Management. In August of 2004, Manchester Plaza LLC was sold for $32.75 million, $3.48 million more than Manchester Plaza LLC paid. The sale of the building was part of a 1031 exchange that also included The Timbers building in Solana Beach and a third office building in Del Mar Heights. |
